Z-Axis Test Fixtures are designed to reliably interface flex circuits to test equipment without damaging your hardware.

In most test setups, the weakest point is the DUT flex connection. Plugging directly into an FFC/FPC connector might work at first—but these connectors are not built for thousands of insertion cycles. They wear out quickly, leading to intermittent failures and costly downtime.

Our elastomeric connector interposer solves this problem.
It creates a permanent interface to the OEM connector, removing it from the wear cycle entirely. The elastomeric contact delivers long cycle life, consistent electrical performance, and a more robust test process.
