Getting to Know Z-Axis Connector Company
Z-Axis Connector Company was established in 1995 as a privately held corporation. Our staff includes accomplished scientists and engineers, experienced production operators and managers, and sales and customer service personnel dedicated to delivering our product to your satisfaction. We have two basic strategies that drive our connector business: 1.) solve specific challenges the customer brings, and 2.) reduce costs by using automated modular machinery. To make the process of design and manufacturing efficient and effective, we design and build our own special production equipment. The results of our team, equipment, and strategies are innovative and cost competitive custom-made connectors. Our list of customers’ needs ranges from high volume consumer applications to micro miniature connectors of the smallest measurements.

Building Components to Your Customization
These components are processed into custom connectors based on the variable dimension of length, height, and width. We can process them as a solid strip or with foam or silicone on one or both sides. Plastic shells and holders can be supplied quickly for any custom connector using rapid prototyping techniques. Customizing precise tolerances, stepped and picture frame elements, triangular frames, and round or hollow forms are not a problem.
Our custom connectors include microminiature connectors of the smallest measurements for industries like military avionics and communications technology. Our rapid prototyping techniques can produce custom shells for multiple strips or a custom array of contacts. Custom patterns and wire groupings, alternate plating and alloys, and thermocouple wires are a few of the specialized design elements we can produce, and we encourage specific requests to tailor your order for specific applications.
